Premium German 1-2 Glue

Can you provide more information on the Premium German 1-2 Glue that you offer? Can it be used under water like other two-part epoxy products for frag attachment?

This is a 2-part epoxy product that is terrific for underwater applications. Don't let the epoxy part fool you though, it's not the typical epoxy like we're used to. This product is extremely pliable, and completely different to work with than what the usual epoxy products are that are on the market. This also solidifies and hardens much quicker than what regular 2-part epoxies. I would highly recommend trying some, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

$20 is a lot of coin for glue. In terms of quantity, how much is there compared to, say, a tube of Aquamend you get at Home Depot?

Just got this

Just got this

I just got an order of this.. Maybe I'm missing something but it doesn't adhere to wet surfaces well..

Positives:
1) Mixes very clean.. No residue on hands
2) Cures very fast
3) Doesn't cause my skimmer to freak out like epoxy does
4) Orange/pink in color when cured
5) Cures to a plastic type texture

Negatives:
1) Packaging: The ad for the product displays a plastic container. I got a foil lined baggy with two smaller baggies with a glob of component in each. Removing and replacing the components in each baggie is a pain. I would have really preferred if each component came in a plastic tube.

2) Not sure whether coraline will grow over this, as it cures to a smooth plastic like substance.

3) Doesn't adhere to wet surfaces well. At least not any better than epoxy. My first attempt at attaching a frag to a sloped rock failed. The cured glue just fell off despite me firmly pushing it against the rockwork.. Maybe I'm missing something.. I was going to try again tonight using it in tandem with super glue gel.

Overall, I'd prefer it over epoxy since it mixes so clean and doesn't make my skimmer freak out. However, I was really hoping it would adhere better to wet surfaces.
