i just got my lr shipment and all the rock looks the same. dont know why i wasted money on the premium select stuff when the cheep stuff looks exactly the same. i can only tell the diff between the lau and the other stuff. b ut as i was saying. what box is which. ill give you guys a chance to see if more like comes from one then the other. but you really should lable the boxes . anyways . see yall later. great job shipping no danmage at all. very unusal for fedex haha


the rock isnt 100% dry like most lr shipments. overall nice but you get the point right.

( i still plan on buying from you in near future)


and btw whats up with snails . you have any news on the banning or no. so far we are only hearing from members on the board about that

well thanks for the response but i would like it if oyu would of called before switching one rock for a nother.... i would of cancled the order if i knew i was gonna have lr switched out.

ill give this some time to see how this is handled before i doanything. many people told me to cancel payment but that dosnt feel right. it really seems that you want to make this right and thats a nice start. thanks for not just ignoring me like i have had happen in the past ( wasnt fish related in the past tho)
 
im gonna put it in my tnak to prevent die off. i dont feel that lil animals should die due to acompanys mistake. so hopfuly any solution for this dosnt include me shipping it back ( i wont pay shipping anyways. alreayd paid it once lol)

they fixed the problom im happy now and will be using them again when it comes time to order my coral
 
Well, the fact still remains that they knowingly gave you a different live rock than you ordered and did not tell you and kept your money...

If you didn't order 2 different kinds, you never would have known...

Just wondering how many other people got a different kind of live rock than they ordered...

from now on will be labling boxes so you know what box holds what. that way even a noob will know what he got

atleast thats what they told me theyed start doing.
anyways. try buying from them. they are right up there with icecap and tunze
