We should be announcing pre-order availability within the next 2 weeks to email subscribers (although 99% of the time we also post our email offerings here on RC). CoralVue has their own wait list they'll be emailing, although it is my understanding that the list is full.

Our customer support staff will usually ask if you'd like it read to when you place a phone order so you can write it down. If you don't know your order #, we can look up your account using your email address to make things easy.
The code cannot be entered online, which probably should have been noted in the email you received. CoralVue is resending the email today with our correct telephone number and hopefully some additional details to clear up some of the confusion that has arisen.
The code is not a promo/coupon code but a priority code so we can reserve units in our first shipment for you guys. All of our staff is aware of the email CoraVue sent, however, I do apologize on behalf of our team for making this more perplexing than it should be.
