Preparing bleached rock for tank.

Well, they are hard to see, but I think I got a bunch. I put them into a one gallon bucket with a pump for some movement. (A bit too much, but that's all I have). I don't have too much hope to get them to survive, but it's worth a try.

A bucket will work fine. Throw in a live rock and some phyto and you can keep them for quite a while. Movement not as crucial in a pod tank. I just use an air pump with an open line into the water to pump air in...


Edit....oh yea...and heat to about 25-26 deg C (77-79 F)

I am using an ELOS tester. Is that acceptable?

i can't comment on ELOS test kits, but i imagine any company with a reputation like ELOS should know how to measure phosphates!
