Keep in mind, anyone can register to the club site as well, to my knowledge their isn't a way to prevent non-members from voting there either. I could be wrong on this though.

Just edited my post to read "balloting" website. Tibbs happened to post just before I did...

I agree that our GIRS site is still a little too open and it needs to be open to non-members, but our voting does not.
