i made a purchase last night but my reward points are not showing on my account. How long does it take before I get my reward points?

Thanks for shopping! Points aren't issued until after an order is invoiced and shipped, which usually happens in a day (or on Monday if you were to order over the weekend). What's your order #? I'd be happy to take a look at your account.

This has never been true in my experience. My points never post until a day or two (after) the order shipped.
