Looks like a couple different things to me...

Are the "leaves" flat or are they round and stemlike?

If flat, it looks like Gracilaria Hayi. I do not normally see G. Hayi attached.

Mine is the same color, but not the same shape, it is more rounded and well attached. My seahorses don't pull them out.

Noticed it a few days before posting and here is a pic of it today.

The two pictures were taken 3 weeks apart.
