Price increase

Did this happen today or the first of the year? I have seen it listed two different ways.

I think it is for the first of jan 2008

It went into effect yesterday. We could not hold off any longer, the old prices were based at $1.28 to the Euro, we are now trading near $1.50, even with the price increase it is still only based on $1.43 but for the next year at least, barring any big change the price will stay at this rate.

So the price increase started with all products this week? When will your site show new pricing?

Many of them will take a few days to raise the prices but they will go up and as of the 1st anything the dealers order from us will be at the new price.

So, if people want the old price they better move on purchasing?

Yes, officially it is already done, you can download the new catalog and price sheet on the tunze website. The website still shows the old pricing but it will get a full facelift likely by the end of the week. Many dealers will have some stock they can sell at the old price but I expect within a few days everybody will be on the same page. 12% is a pretty big hit so not many vendors are going to want to take that loss.
