Hippocampus capensis

They aren't currently available anywhere. Plus, they require cold temperatures. Difficult to keep.

No seahorses are "easy" to keep.

Hippocampus erectus and Hippocampus reidi are recommended for beginners.

Be sure to do lots of research. There is a wealth of knowledge on the internet. Put it to good use.
