At this time we do not offer price matching. Many of our items do have a quantity discount associated with them. If offered, these discounts will be listed beneath the item number on our website. We also have our weekly specials that are listed each Friday and run through the following Thursday. We suggest you sign up for the E-News letter which will also offer subscriber specials. Well, if you are wanting them to price match in order to purchase from them, you must be admitting that they offer value that the lower priced site does not. In acknowledging said value you must be willing to accept that they might want to charge something for said value and that you definitely think it is worth something.

In short they don't need to price match. They already offer extra value.

I am not rying to be antagonistic, just trying to help.
 
Ummm,

A bucket of Red Sea salt is a bucket of Red Sea salt no matter where it comes from...

I would like to purchase from the Dr.'s because I think their customer service is top notch and like to spend my money with companies that take care of their customers.

However, if I can get a bucket of salt, and other items, $10 cheaper (and the same shipping cost), that's where I will buy it from.

I have been in business, and marketing, for years and it always amazes me when a business wont honor a competitor's price, it just means that you lost that sale - would you rather make a little less money, or no money?

After all, no matter what anyone tells you, you are in business to make money.

The reasoning behind our decision not to price match is that we feel we already offer prices that are very competitive. In addition, we feel our shipping charges are among the lowest. We do not charge an extra fee for most heavy items and offer sales several times a year as well as weekly email promotions. We are confident that our customer service, quality products and competitive prices and shipping rates will satisfy our customers. We respectfully understand your need as a consumer to shop according to price, however, are hopeful you will take into consideration these other factors. Thank you for your inquiry.
