Kind of an out there suggestion but if you like the idea of a dwarf angel look into a Starkii damsel - almost identical in behavior to most dwarf angels (minus the coral nipping), does not get too big and has stunning coloration and will be out and about. I had one in a 55 for years and it had a ton of personality!
