First off let me say I have enjoyed shopping at Marine Depot when I need to make purchases regarding my tank. I just ordered two titanium pro heaters,and now I keep reading that they go bad pretty fast. I have not opened them yet, but still I am concerned about them.
I understand that a grounding probe should be used, and ground break circuit and all but why sell a product that so many people have complained about? It seems that if you stopped selling their product they may step up the quality of them some?
This is just a concern, and not a complaint. Keep up the good work.
