problem controlling ozone with X10

I can't seem to get my ozone to work with mt ACII, all other X10 controlled devices are fine. I can hear it click on and off and it some times turns the ozone off then it just comes back on? The ORP probe readings seem to be working fine.

I've tested on a simple light on and off in the same location and it works?

Any thoughts?

I've read that enaly units wipe out all X10 commands due to the electrical discharge nature of an ozone unit they make an "noise" that interferes. Maybe the same way Icecap ballasts seem to have problems. I've heard the redsea ozone generators are good to go. I'm not sure on Aquamedics though. Try a search using "Aqua Medic and ozone" and see what shows up. There is a long thread on ozone that it may be in.

I'm glad to see ozone questions coming up about different units because I'm planning on buying one I just need to wait a couple weeks for this ORP probe to settle in so I can decide if it's low enough to warrent the use of ozone.

it should as the DC4's are not supposed to be affected by noise

A DC4 will solve the problem. You might want to try disabling local control in the X10 contorl module as described on our website: http://www.neptunesys.com/hardwareFAQ.htm#LOCALCONTROL.
