Here is the situation. I have a 12 gallon nano and so i have very limited room. Well i just bought a devils hand that is kinda big but not to big for my tank. The problem i am having is getting it positioned right. How can i safely rearrange the things in my tank to get this guy in a good position. I don't have a whole lot in there right now probably 5 or 6 pieces mainly some mushrooms and kenya tree. I just want to get this arranged so i can leave it alone and want to know the best way to do it. Any help would be great

The corals you have in there should tolerate a bit of moving around just fine. The trick will be to try and keep things such that everyone lives peacefully together. I'd put the mushrooms toward the bottom and keep the other things a bit higher up.

yeh i have the shrooms on bottom right now. But how do i go about moving all the live rock and things arougd to get this devils hand in place so the it has room to spread out.

You should be able to just move the rock around. If some of the rock is in the sand, you can move it pretty safely as long as the tank hasn't been running for more than a few months. If it has been running longer, be careful not to stir up too much stuff from the sand. Trial and error is how I move stuff. Whenever I do move things, it usually takes me about a week of fiddling with the look to get things where I like them.

well i rearranged everything and so far so good. I just don't know if i am going to get this devils hand to stay how i want it. If not i may be trying to get rid of it soon. Thanks for the advice.

well ithink i finally got this thing placed right. He has opened up pretty good and i can deal with where he is at for right now. Still need biger tank.
