When things go well with an order most of us probably don't even think twice about it. In my opinion the true measure of a company is how they deal with problems. I placed an order with Marine Depot (as I've done several times over the years) and this time used their best price guarantee (I provided them with the lower price and the URL of where it could be found). When the order shipped I was still charged the higher Marine Depot price.
I contacted customer service via email, there were no issues, the mistake was recognized and a credit was issued. It's nice to know that when problems do arise (and this is the first problem I've ever had with Marine Depot) that they can be resolved quickly and professionally.
