problem with 6101

Hello Roger,
I purchased two 6101s from Marinedepot late last year. One of them stopped working and only makes half a turn when first plugged in and then gets stuck. I followed the instructions in the manual and dissasembled the pump for cleaning...still same problem.

Please advise how to return it for repair\replacement or a possible fix to this problem.
