Hi i bought 4 new arcadia T5 tubes today for my over-tank luminaire however after fitting them and turning on there was a loud pop.
Now one of the tubes does not work (tried on another electronic ballest) and after trying other tubes that i know work cannot get the two tubes to light. This means that one tube from each switch is no longer working .... how is this possible ???? surely both lights on the one switch should be out? Please help i have already contacted arcadia and will be waiting a response
