I hooked up my RODI system to a plastic garbage can and filled it up fine. However, when I tried to get some water today for top-off, I got a nasty surprise. I filled up 2 gallons and each gallon had a bug in it (ear-wigs).
Luckily this is in the basement so it doesn't affect the rest of the house, but I definately don't want bugs in my water. Can anyone think of a way to keep the bugs out? I keep a cover on the garbage can, with a very tight hole letting the RODI hose come in.
