I bought a 6100 and a Magnectic holder (6080.50 - i think). Somehow the pump isn't hole so tight to the holder such that the direction of the pump keep changing over time.
On Wednesday, I mount the Holder on the side glass, close to the back and positioned it a ~30degree to the front of the tank. the next day I got home after work, i found the pump turned almost all the way (~45 degree) to the front glass side and blow the whole sandbed in the front up:mad2:
So changed the direction of the pump to just blow straight from left glass to right side glass. I got home today, and it turned ~45 degree to the black glass and blew directly on to one of my sps colony and blow the tissues off the tips of the corals:mad2:
I don't have this much trouble with the other 3 Tuze pumps i had in the tank (two 6100 and one 6080). So wonder if this is the problem of the pump fitting to the holder not tight enough????
look like i can't keep the pump stay one straight position!
