problem with my 6025

I recently bought 2 6025's and I did a fresh water test and 1 of them worked perfectly and the other the propeller wouldnt spin. I could feel the motor trying to kick but nothing happened. I tried unplugging it and trying again but no go. Is there something I can do or do i need to send it in? Thanks.

We do a dry run with vaseline at the factory to make sure that it is running properly. This vaseline can act as a glue if it has had some time to sit. Please remove the suction housing and wipe off any excess vaseline that may be present on the impeller. Also please double check to make sure that the stainless steel disk that is at the bottom of the impeller shaft is not jammed in any way and that the shaft it self is not bent or tilted.
