Problem with my 6205 pumps

Roger two out of my four 6205 pumps stop working I check and moved the other two to the power supply and they work. The green light are on other two work the green light come on but the pumps won't.I also moved them from the 7095 controller. Still they won't come on. please help. Thanks

I am gathering you have ruled out the power supplies? They run other pumps? Have you checked that the prop and magnet are not simply stuck to the metal shaft? They must spin freely on the shaft. The shaft stays stationery and the prop and magnet spin.

Hello Roger yes I check the shaft they spin freely one of the pump won't spin at all the second one pulsate and that power pack the green light turn on and off.

Roger have you received the pumps yet.

Yes, they were repaired and sent back on Thursday, you had a bad motor on one and a bad power supply on the other.
