problem with nano wavebox

hi i,m from brazil,and sorry for my english,i bought a tunze nano wavebox fom store in USA and now when i plug the controler at the wavebox they don,t function,when i get out the controller the pump of wavebox running well,but when i plug the controller it don´t function,can yours help me??thanks.

Try the slave cable of the controller and try without the photocell.

Yes, but we need to try to diagnose it by email or posts here, because the distance is so far and customs is difficult. Do you have any other Tunze controller? My interest is in determining if the problem is the controller or the pump. If another Tunze controller can run the pump, we can be sure it is the controller. Also, what voltage is set on the power supply for the pump?

thanks roger,this wavebox come with 7092 controller but i have other wavebox 6212 and try the controller of 6212,but they don't function with this controller too,i use 12v but i try all the voltages,the pump running normaly,only when i connect the controller they stoped,thanks.
