Problem with Order

Hello,
I received an order last week. The cardinals, snails, anenome look fine. The anenome took time to adjust but ate last night.

Anyway, I also ordered a pom pom xenia. It was shipped in wet newspaper. It still has not opened up yet (5 days). Does it have a chance? I have it in medium to high light and medium flow. I moved it from hight light. Is there anything I should do for it?

Hi Jeff,

That doesn't sound right. All of our Xenia spp's should be shipped completely wet, and not wrapped. The snails you received on the order should have been in a bag with wet paper and no water, was this the case?
