Problem with Osmolator 5107

I have a Tunze 5107 Osmolator that certain times of an error signal level maximum and minimum light flashing and sounding an alarm. Sometimes, this occurs when a kind of power surge or when I disconnect a device next to it, or when the cooler off after long hours on, ... It is connected to a stabilizer.
In the rest of the time works fine. What can be? The product has one month of use ... Someone has gone through this?

This is caused by electromagnetic interference and there are two possible fixes.

1) Plug the osmolator into a separate circuit from a chiller, wireless controller or ballast. It can share the circuit with most small powerheads and pumps and many other devices but not with these big consumers with magnetic fields.

2) The controller can be sent in to have the signal boosted by a capacitor which will reduce the susceptibility to interference. Unfortunately, I don't know of a service center in Brazil that can make this change.
