Problem with PX1000

I am having problem getting my expansion box to work with my AC3 Pro.
I have gone through every setting there is at least 10 times. I have the probes turn on in the settings. I have changed temp and ph probes and they both work. I even borrowed a friends box and I still come up with the same results. Here is what I get on the screen.

What are you wanting to get working; other than it appears that the PX1000 is being identified as the second one it appears the probes are begin reported (TmpB and pHB1 are from the PX1000).

I know it's possible but I don't know the procedure to fix the address issue; you might want to call neptune in the morning and they can walk you through fixing the address.

I understand they are being reported but they are not give a reading. The temp is not 19.0 and when I try to calibrate the ph it just says the probe is defective and its not.

I'm guessing that the address might have something to do with this; 20 F usually means the temp probe is disconnected. I'd suggest giving Neptune a call and they can walk you through fixing the address.

You could try disabling the expansion unit then enabling after 10 seconds or so.

Maybea dump question but you do have the AC adapter plugged into the PX1000; correct?
