problem with swabbie?

Hi, I just received my order and I'm having a little problem with my swabbie. The lid doesn't fit right on my SRO 2000 int. The skimmer cup won't fit into the groove. It looks like it is off by a smidge. Is there anything that can be done.

Just to update. Justin got back to me right away and i'm just waiting to see what we can do. BTW the magnets they use for some of the other products are very strong. People weren't kidding about watching your fingers

How did they solve the problem? I am about to order one for my SRO2000 and want to make sure it fits right

I found out (the hard way) that the SRO 2000 is just barely undersized for the 6" Swabbie. They're probably using 145mm OD acrylic tube which is non-standard. We're going to retrofit Christine's lid with the Swabbie motor housing, that way we know it will fit right.

Ok I'm sorry I forgot I have an XP2000. I measured the lid and I think the 7" lid is the one for me?
