Problems in connecting to iso smartlive

I can connect my radion thru computer with the usb connected,
however, i cannot connect it thru iso app and andriod app, in which I wanna setup the mp10wes . The error message shown is " ecosmart live could not connect to your radions ( Please check your connection and try again).
I have this message either I connect the light thru usb and connect thru website version nor not connect them.

Why this happened?

I can connect thru andriod app once previous only.

With the most recent updates to EcoSmart live, you will need a ReefLink in order to control your Radion via the ESL app.
