Problems With Deep Blue Heaters

Has anyone else had problems witg the
Deep Blue Profesionals Heat Stik Heaters?

I had one on my 55 gal i believe it was a 200W
it was less than a month old and **** the bed.

I also had one on my 75 Gal i believe 250W
and that was about a month and a half old.
That also stopped working the other day.

I have lost two seperate heaters by Deep Blue
on two different tanks.

Anyone else had similar problems with them?

I replaced them both with Fluval Slim heaters right
when i realized they were not functioning.

Some of my friends own this line of heaters and they told me that it works well. I'm sure that you can contact the company and ask for help

Deepblue is really good customer service, especially if you have receipt still. I have a 300w and its well over a year old and works like a champ.
