Problems with Ecosmart live profile

Dear Sirs,

I´m controlling 2 MP60 through reeflink + ESL since two weeks ago but the last Friday 03.october when I logged in to make some changes the ESL requested me all the time to create a new aquarium setup as it was the first time that I logged to ESL.
As it didn´t allow me to do anything I deleted the reeflink and my pumps, created a new account (eurogalex@hotmail.com), linked the reeflink and pumps and create a new schedule for my pumps, today I´ve tried to connect to this new account (eurogalex@hotmail.com) to make some changes and one more time ESL request me to create a new setup....
My pumps are following the schedule correctly but I can´t change anything, What is going wrong?? Has my new profile any problem??
Through android app it request me to create a new setup also.

There was a slight problem with your profile, however we have fixed it and you should be good to go.
 
Thanks for your support, regretfully it worked only for minutes as soon as I started to edit the schedule the problem appears suddently.....
Could you pls recheck it??
