I placed an order for an AquaC Remora Pro with Mag 3 pump from the Marine Depot site. I added it to my cart and entered my credit card information. Everytihng was fine and dandy until I got an email the next day saying my dredit card was declined. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with a geltleman who didn't really seem like he was excited to help me. I went through my order and credit card information two more times to ensure that it was entered correct. I asked him to double check the billing address to make sure that everything was spelled correctly and it was. The card came up declined again. There was no reason for it to be as it had a $0 balance at that point. The geltleman had no other alternative to it and didn't seem willing to help me any further. I immediately went to www.captivereefs.com and ordered the same skimmer and pump with the exact same credit card and it got here 5 days later. I wrote an email to the guys at MD and told them that they should loiok into their CC processing and what I had to do. I never heard anything back from them. I hope that they give better service to their repeat customers than they do potential first time customers.
