Prodibio BioKit Reef

I hope this is posted in the correct area.

I was looking into buying a Prodibio BioKit Reef (Not the Nano version) for my 28g Nano for the first time.

I see that it has 30 vials but upon closer inspection, it looks like it is 5 vials of 6 different items???? Can someone explain how we would use/dose these and how long it would last?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

hi!...I use prodibio on every tank during the setup stage to kickstart the good bacteria...for a 28 gallon Nano tank there is no way you need the 30 vials...I would suspect you'd need a total of 2 or 3 at most.

talk to your LFS guys who sell it to find the proper dosage for your needs...the vials are inexpensive and very easy to use)

Well, I would disagree that Prodibio is anything close to inexpensive, however the dosage it marked on the package based on water volume. The Biokit Reef vials are for 50g per vial I believe. I use Prodibio products in my 130g tank and like it. I dose everything. The vials are all set up the same for amount of water treated.
