Did Profilux just released different units ? A versus N

The main differences between the A and N that I can see are :

16 (A-models) or 32 (N-models) channel illumination control for dimmable and non-dimmable lamps, herewith up to 32 lamps can be programmed separately

16 (A-models) or 32 (N-models) timers and dosing pumps programmable

Integrated web server (N-models only): display of values and states, change of important settings, e-mailclient, DHCP

Is this fair to say that the N-version has the same capability of the existing P3 and the A-model would be priced slightly lower than the N-model ?

Is the N-model orderable ?

The internal circuit board looks different too in P3.1 when compared to P3. The P3 board looks tiny. M

The Plus II has been phased out and being repaced by the P3.A

The P3 has had a face lift where all components are on one board. This is mainly internal cosmetic and does not detract from the current models as the functionaility of the P3 remains the same.

There is no release date as yet.

Since I wont be able to utilize the webserver on the P3 for the first four years that I'll be using the controller, this P3.A sounds really appealing especially if the price is lower than what the P3 costs now..

I'm hoping its out by Christmas time!

sorry no discounts as the prices are already monumentally discounted. We had a huge price crash earlier in the year, it is hard to sustain these levels as it is.

Any word about the internal ? Faster processor, maybe ? Don't want to buy the p3 now and be told later that future capability would only work on the p3.1
What is the sd cradle used for ?

The idea of the SD cradle opens up a whole new world of possibilities and FUN!!!

The only change between p3 model is that the components are all on the same board, other than colour coded sockets, nothing else is changing.

The current model is still valid due to this and the new facelift version will be introduced as we re order from GHL.

The SD cradle I am guessing is for internal factory use as you cant access it in the P3 body.
