Profilux 3EX help

Hey All,

I haven't touched my profilux for a few months as I had issues with my living situation. When I first bought it, I started to learn how to use it but now re-learning it.

I got all the probes plugged into today, I bought it last October, but I know for a fact that the temp reading is off.

I would assume that the temp probe should last longer than 10 months?

ya they should last awhile. you will need to calibrate it. I would recommend that you calibrate all the probes.

If I remember temp probes do not need calibration . Also what would you calibrate it to. There are numbers on the box that it came in and they need to be put on the temp page .

ive always used a old style thermometer and adjusted the values to match. use room temp water and then hotter water and switch between the 2 so that the profliux and the thermometer are close to the same in each water temp. fairly easy to do and there is always error in any method but form what ive seen from factory the values can change.

I can't seem to get to the section to calibrate the temp. I haven't used this in a while so not super familiar with the menu. Would you be able to let me know which screens?

go to the temp probe and click calibrate. play with the adc values until its where it should be. or just use the adjust temp button to move it up or down.
