Profilux and Tunze

I'm thinking about getting either the Tunze Wavebox or Tunze Stream and control it from my Profilux, but all the websites Ive seen show the pumps WITH the Tunze controller.

I know I need to get a cable from GHL to connect the Profilux to the Tunze - but do I really need to waste money on the Tunze controller(s)?

You only need the tunze1 and tunze2 cable

stupid question (Im new) but why are both cables required?

Each L port has 2 channels, so you can connect a splitter and split communication 1 and 2. Now if you want your 2 Tunze to react to the same command and are connected to the same port use the same cable (1&1 or 2&2) but if you want to be able to controlee ache of the pump individually from the same L port use a 1&2.

Now it would also be possible to achieve the same by using 2 L ports and only using 1 of the channel line and using 2 of the same tunze cable but you would be losing 2 of your channel lines"¦
