as long as the lamp has a 1-10V interface then yes and I believe it has as we supply the internal card

Do I need to buy any additional card/equipment to make the light dimmable?

depends - they have purchased from us the EVG card to go inside their lamps, so as long as this is pre fitted you have no worries, if not then you will need to purchase the EVG PCB, but these are less than $50

FYI - as expected numbers are getting low, last count was 7 left!! please do not think waiting until the last minute some will be left, we sold over 20 in 3 days in Canada alone when we run the Canadian deal!

Just placed my order (including III upgrade)! I'm just setting up my first tank and am hoping a controller will help to ensure my success. I've spent the last few days debating between this, the Apex (quite a bit cheaper), holding out for one of the fancy new controllers being announced, or even going or even just a set of timers. But for me the most important criteria is reliability and my gut told me to go for the Profilux. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all once I get the controller and my questions begin!
