Profilux Digi Power Bar and Dim Bar control lines

The placement of my Profilux controller needs to be further away from the power bar and dimmable light bar than the supplied control cables will reach. Can I purchase a typical 6 conducter phone cord that is of suitable length? I need roughly 20 ft. If not, please advise where I can get the appropriate control cables. Thanks,

Other than not being wired correctly/having enough wires and blowing the Profilix to the moon

There's a 6 conductor data cable similar to regular phone line, but it has 6 conductors, that's what I'm referring to. I actually did compare it to the Profilux cable and as far as I can tell it's the same at the terminals. I don't know how the impedence of the individual conductors, but it would seem that they are physically the same otherwise. I'm more curious than anything.

there are cross overs in the VSL-5 and the digital power bar cables have suppressors on them, please look at your cable and you will see two black objects, phone cables do not have these.

Digital bars are expensive, not worth the risk for $20.00

Ahh, they are cross over cables. Now I understand. That's a bit different. Yes, I know the black cylinders that are crimped on are there for a reason - they filter EMI/RFI.
