Profilux II might have failed.

Over the holiday I added my three Tunze 6055s to my new Profilux. When I powererd on my Profilux and Tunzes, all I got was a long beep. I rebooted everything and got the same thing. I then tried unplugging the cable to the Tunze's and now the Profilux will not boot at all. All I see is a blank screen. If I do get it to start up it constantly restarts itself.

I am running the latest firmware and control software.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Did ProfiLux work before you connected the Tunze-cables?

Did you connect Tunze cables to L-ports?
Powerbars plugged in S-ports?
Use a original RS232-cable from us?

Unplug everything, then plug in the power only.

Important: A wrong conection (Tunze-cable to S-port or powerbar to L-port or using other cable than our RS232-cable) may damage the ProfiLux!!!

Everything worked fine before. I have the 6 port digital plugged into the S1-S4, 4 port bar into S5-S8. Remote View in Serial. All has worked fine for the last 1 month. I was only using the supplied GHL cables. When I plugged the Tunze's into L1L2 using the Y cable it beeped. I then tried unplugging everything and trying again. Same long beep with no display. I then unplugged everything, and only tried to power up the Profilux. What I got was a blank screen, and if it did start up, the screen would slowly dim then the system would restart, and show the startup message over and over.

Thank You for the help Matthias.
