Profilux3ex AquaIllumination

I'm sure it's in the forums somewhere but I can't find it. I have a Profilux3ex and Aqua Illumination LEDs (1st generation.) What do I need to control the lights and how do I do it?

I don't own a AI, but I imagine you would need an AI cable

And from there maybe upgrading to the most recent firmware and PLC software. I've seen the option to control AI lights under "special lamp"(?) in the plc software under illumination
