I just received my rs-80 yesterday, and the box is marked "PROMO". Any information on this would be appreciated. It didn't say anything about a promotion or a promo model when I ordered.
You must have ordered the Extruded Acrylic model. Same thing as the regular RS-80 just made with a less expensive acrylic, you get the same results though. Just a way for Euro-Reef to offer you a little bit cheaper product so they can get your business in the future when you are looking to buy another "high-end" skimmer.
