Promoting Zoa spreading on live rock

I have a frag of zoa an inch in diameter, mounted on a plug, and I was wonderin if and when will it spread to the live rock. What can I do to promote spreading? Thanks!

good light , good flow, maybe adding plankton as an addtional food source but not needed.
