A clean sharp scalpel and a complete radial cut from the mouth outwards ensuring you have an even portion of the actinopharynx on each part. Cut the animal entirely in half. Once cut simply rinse them in a bowl of tank water and return to the original tank they came out of.
If it's so awsome, why would you risk injuring it by cutting it in half, when you never done it before? You might end up with a bunch of rotting tissue.
Epicystis crucifer have been successfully sexually reproduced in aquaria. I've not personally ever heard of successful fragging of that species, but that's not to say it can't be done.
