Propellar breeze

Do I need the profilux controller to run the propellar breeze fan, or can I just plug it into a socket?

If you don't use the controller it runs on 100% output. The breeze controller really shows the beauty of the breeze being variable speed. Plus it's not an expensive unit.

Is the breeze controller a stand alone controller? Or is it an expansion of the profilux controller? I assume the fan is DC and it runs on 0-10v dimming.

It's an expansion to the Profilux controller.

In regards to dimming I honestly don't know.
