Props to the the LFS

After my rant the other day about the service I received at a LFS I was contacted by a few of the senior employees with apologetic messages.
I really appreciated their concern and efforts for maintaining good customer relations. :beer:

In retrospect I shouldn't have posted my issue in a local forum and I apologize to everyone.

I am glad they mended ties with you. You never mentioned the LFS by name (I believe), so there is no harm done. It's important to know who takes care of their customers and who doesn't, I would certainly want to know who went the extra mile for their custoemrs. That is what made me decide on my local fish store home base. :)
 
Reviews of LFS are good IMO. Thats really what forums are for. Glad you worked it all out. Still think we should get some group buys going once in a while though.
