Pros and Cons of a 36" wide tank?

He doesn't have any regrets on going 48" wide. He has a fish room behind the tank build with the size in mind and has plenty of room for water mixing station, sink, tables, and all the necessary supplies and equipment.

Planning the room around the tank would make all the difference and is a must. That would be great if you could get some pics of it. Is love to see both a full wall/room and full tank shot to get a feel how a tank that size really looks in the wall.

A few folks have mentioned lighting, I would imagine that would be an increase but another one is flow. With that depth you would have to make sure you have proper flow all around the tank itself.
