Can you answer a few questions for me please? Is this skimmer the Hang-on model? Is it too big for a 10G? I have been out of the hobby for a little while and I am looking to get back into a nano. I am not familiar with this skimmer at all. Thanks.

nam ive been running a rio nano skimmer on my 10 g for the last 4 years it took a while to break in but after that it does a good job about 35 bucks new, pulls some dark green skimmate out
Called him this morning. Thanks for the heads up! Now i have to figure out how to get it from there to here. Anybody driving to central mississippi this weekend???

HA! Kinda like when we drilled my 120 and it got cracked in the process. (We had to turn around and order another brand new tank, due to the custom overflow box.)
ouch that sucks and sorry to hear about your fuge. I think the skimmer should be fine. Glad to hear you got it, and it seems like a really good deal, I know we were thinking about it but we would have to keep our sump water level really high so we were like nah lol.
