PSK 75H Hang on Filter Trouble

Hello,

I have had a PSK for about 6 months now and its been mostly working fine. However, after doing a 5 gal water change out three days ago, everyday the PSK stops working. Allow me to explain:

I plug in the PSK, it foams up, everything is going good. Stuff is able to get to the collection cup. 12-24 hours later this stops. I restart it with the same process, everything is good, I leave/go to bed, 12-24 hours it stops again. Every time it stops it only produces bubbles and no foam. Then I have to restart it.

This has happened everyday for four days now. Has anyone had any problems with Eshopps like this?

clean the pump including pulling out the impeller and cleaning the magnet and walls of the hole it goes into..
That may be all it needs..

I'd just use a toothbrush and some water/vinegar mix.

and look for cracks in the magnet too.. Sometimes they will develop a crack and then just swell enough to lock it up.
