Psycho swimming Ocellaris (tank raised)- questions

I have had him for a week now in my 47 gal tall. He was tank bred and he's about an inch long. He swims non stop all around especially in the high flow areas. I was told it's aquarium induced due to lack of flow, stress from other tankmates or something else (I forgot.) I thought a tank raised fish would be healthier than a wild caught one. Physically he's very healthy but mentally this behavior is driving me nuts. He seems to have improved slightly. At least he sleeps now. Will he ever be "normal"? Will his growth be stunted from the constant swimming?

I'm not exactly sure a positive answer to this question, but just as long as he seems healthy, and all of your water parameters are correct, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe finding him another clown to pair with would help. When I had one ocellaris in the tank, he didn't seem to move around a whole lot and seemed a bit skittish, but one I added another one to pair with, he's definitely calmed down and put more of the attention on the other clown. I hope that helps.
