Puffer - Cloudy Eyes!

Hey Guys,
My Porcupine Puffer has developed "cloudy eyes" within the last couple of days and I'm looking for any advice. I have had him for several years and he has always been very healthy. My first thought was ich but not sure if that affects puffers. The only recent changes are adding a couple of new fish within the last month but they appeared to be healthy. The only thing that I'm currently doing is water changes until I can research this and figure-out my next steps.

Any tips or advice would be really appreciated.

I would use some garlic elixer mix with food. Sounds like he's stressed and sick.

Cloudy eyes usually mean flukes which prob came in on the new fish you just added.

That's why I am setting up a quarentine tank and keep all my new. fish for a week in there.

Is a week long enough? I thought it was more like 6? Not sure though
