I saw this guy a my LFS. I have never seen one before so I wanted to know what kind he is. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a Guinea fowl puffer with faded colors.

Yea i agree It looks like a GFP but with weird colors (but not in a good way imo its ugly) what was the price tag. The normal GFP go for like $150-$200

The Mexican blue puffer has white spots with a dark blue/grey base, the pic the OP posted has faded black spots with a dark blue/grey base.
