It's all about the flow
I accidentally posted this in the reef forum yesterday, doh! I'm hoping someone here can give me a species name for this fish. Thanks.

It looks like an unusual color morph of a starry puffer, Arothron stellatus.

They get around 50 cm long, about 1.5 feet or larger.

Thats exactly what it is and I bought one of the yellow ones from DD and I thought it would grow like the golden puffer and boy was I wrong. That thing grew like a weed and what was once a cute little puffer is now getting to be the size of an NFL football and creates havoc in my tank. He makes it very hard to feed any of the other tank mates and has destroyed my living color faux coral. This fish needs a huge tank and it needs tank mates that are not shy when it comes to eating. In my opinion the golden puffer is a MUCH better choice. Love the guys personality but man he is a handful!

They even get up to 70 cm. I had one that i had to give away few month ago. Same color. It tends to go to the yellow when it grows.
